Southeast PA General Discussion - NJ/DE/MD welcome too!
That RS color on the body is a tough one to match up a complimentary caliper color... So maybe black would be best...
Question: Does everybody completely remove the calipers from the brake system in order to paint them, or just pop them off the disks but leave the brake lines attached, or is it possible to just mask them off and paint them while they are mounted? You probably could get away with painting just the surfaces that are visible through the wheel, no need to paint the back side, really, although it wouldn't ba a "professional" looking job to a "purist". Just wondering how much of a job it actually is to paint the calipers...

a real mod I wanted to do was this!! There are ones out there that are mint with like 20k on them. My friend had one before he got his 350 and the thing was awesome. I drove it a couple times fast as ish! And a hydraulic clutch

Well, then the orange I suggested would get you somewhere in between, heheh...
I still think a "muted" shade of orange would look kinda cool, not a vivid bright orange, but closer to a burnt-orange. I don't know, black is good but kinda boring, too...
Take a side-shot photo of your ride and then photoshop it on the computer, painting in different colors on the calipers, to see what loks good -that's what I do when I want to decide the colors of something...
