I just started takin' it 2 twice a day, today. So, it should help me cut back and stop my urges. SO hopefully within 2-4 weeks, I'll be done.

congrats. maybe at the next meet i'll bring my 5 year old to show you what your in for. lol. he's mad cool actually...not a bad kid. And he DOES know what a Scion is and that mine turns better then his mommies accord which he says is faster

Smoking: cut back so far to less than 10 a day, from 30 a day.
Kerri: Feeling well, gettin' a lil belly.
Sonogram pics: Not yet. Hopefully will have some after our next appointment (July 29).

the best way to quit smoking is cold turkey (at least it was for me) i tried to do the cut back thing but it never worked, and i was smoking 2 packs a day before i quit. best of luck

More good news... I'm trying to quit smoking too. I started last night, I haven't had one since 10PM, and I'm using the "patch". I gotta stop for the baby. Let's hope I make it without KILLING anyone! I'm finding myself very irritable already!

Well, it's been 2 weeks since my last cigarette. I guess these pills really work! I have had only a few cravings in a day. And they pass quickly. Thanks for the support everyone!

ohhh yeah, baby news!

Some dates were wrong, so the baby is now due Jan 22! We dunno the sex yet, but we should find out later this month when we go to the doctor. That's all for now, I will keep y'all updated!
