totled my parents car on fri the 30th and got lucky
i was on my way to my girl friends house for new years and as i was getting on the 15 south from bear valley road i was driving my parents blazer when the car suddenly lost control spinning toward the guard rail . i tryed to correct it but i snaped the other direction into traffic . i was nailed by a semi truck . i was lucky to get out of it with a minor bruse on my leg and a sour and stiff neck. chp said i got lucky by look of the car i should be dead. what a way to start the new year.

I am glad you're okay
:D
Jason, i am glad that you are safe and in one piece. It is very slick too on them roads and freeways. A truck lost control on the 605 freeway Northbound in the number 1 lane and skidded towards me on the number 3 lane. Lucky for me, i swerved into the slow lane 4 and got out of there quick. If not, BLAM. no scion xB. I am glad you are safe!
In case anyone will be travelling Northbound in the fast lane on the 605, stay clear of the fast lane as you approach the 210 interchange West/East. The water in the fast lane has no drainage system and you'll hydroplane easily! There were 3 cars the next day in an accident at that very same spot. The water there gives NO mercy to SUVs, 18 wheelers, etc.........

Jason, glad to hear you're ok. That's a horrible feeling to get in an accident. I hope everything works out for you guys with cars and you aren't getting screwed by your insurance company.
