Towne Toyota/Scion. Worst. Dealer. Ever.
Don't go there, ever. Seriously.
I bought my 08 SW tC there on March 1st and was told that they had a car on another one of their lots and it could be delivered to the dealership by the end of the week. Thursday comes along, March 6th, and I call up to check the status. They told me that they found the car and could have it at the dealership and ready to go Monday. So now I call Monday to find out about it. They said they wouldn't get it until Monday night. So I call Tuesday and ask about it. They said they had the car and could have my accessories installed (Lip kit and TRD springs) by 5PM for me to pick up. 3PM...I get a call from the salesman saying that they didn't even get the parts in for my car and it won't be ready until Wednesday. I told him that I'll come pick it up without the stuff and bring it back on Saturday to get everything installed. So he starts all this bull____ about how they don't want me driving the car without the lip on it "because dirt and rocks can get into the bumper and the body shop doesn't like that". So I just repeated myself, and said I would pick it up that night and install everything Saturday. So we get to the dealership at about 5:30pm. The car wasn't ready. The salesman said he thought I was coming Saturday to pick up the car. Also, I stopped by at about noon time to get the VIN number for insurance and he was saying "Oh I bet you can't wait to get your car tonight". So within a matter of 5 hours, he forgot that I stopped in, didn't bother to check on the car for me, and neglected the fact that I said I was picking it up that night...twice.
So we set up a time for me to drop off the car Wednesday night, they gave me a loaner and said the car would be ready for me to pick up Thursday at about 5PM. Now remember, it's only getting a lip kit and springs installed. A pre-painted lip kit. So I call at about 4. The car is still not finished. They said the springs were installed and the lip kit wasn't done yet, that the guy was still working on it, and it should be done by 6:30/7pm. I call at 6pm. It will be ready by 10am tomorrow morning. I will be at that dealership at 10am tomorrow morning to pick up my car. If it's not done, I'm going to start ____ with them. I am going to go over every little detail and if I find one ____ing scratch on it, I'm pointing it out. Any imperfection will be noted.
