UPDATE:

Just so everyone is aware, we will be moving to the Memorial Hall West, located directly across from the Toyota Arena. We had a miscommunication error that has been fixed. Same deal, just a different building.

The only effect this will have on the event is that we will not have an indoor wash bay. We will still have outdoor water supply to wash outdoors, but not inside. If necessary, we'll find a nearby car wash for those interested.

OK, but is the show still going to be all indoors then? Isn't that Memorial Hall building less than 1/4 the size of the Toyota Arena??... quite a difference in venue...

Yep, still all indoors. We had to move to the Memorial Hall because no one informed us the Toyota Arena was booked when we got the original okay. The Memorial Hall will be more then fit for 100 cars, vendors and the activites we have going on. 30,000 feet with 170 +/- 10x10 spots. The Toyota Arena is 74ish,000 feet. We've been working a ton with the guys at Tuner Evolution (which uses the Toyota Arena) and they typically fit 3-400 cars in there. We will NOT see that many cars. If we overfill it, which I strongly doubt, then we can use a portion of the lot as well.

Last years we had a little over 100 scions come and go throughout the day, so our planning has centered around 200-250 people and 100 cars. Memorial Hall will work fine with those numbers.

Hey thanks for the info, didn't think Memorial Hall was quite that big... sounds good to me... I just hope whatever is going on at the Toyota Areana isn't gonna make it a crowded mess in the fairgrounds for us to get in and out, lol!
