Hooray! I finally got my ScionLife decals for my car windows - Only took 23 days to get them...

I put them on the small triagular rear wing-windows next to the C-pillars, on both sides. I ordered them with silver lettering, a white border, and no background. looks good - guess I'm "official" now!

Well... I got hit AGAIN today... somebody ran a red light by the mall and nailed my front driver side everything.. so hopefully I can bring my hopefully completely fixed car to whatever we arrange for the 27th.. it's not drivable cuz the front bumper/wheel well is rubbing on the wheel so my sad little car is sitting at a body shop awaiting an estimator... if worse comes to worse I will just have to ride shotgun with my sis...

thanks guys... if I can get over the fact of not having a car or a rental car for two weeks I can think of it as a good way to modify the car body

Well, you guys all missed an extremely good Movie Night on Thursday, one of the most entertaining we've had yet! We had 11 RSVPs, but only 7 people showed, 4 dropped last minute... We ended up watching a Double Feature of Jason Statham movies - "The Bank Job" turned out to be an EXCELLENT movie, and then we watched "Crank" - OMG, we laughed hysterically though that one, that was one crazy-a**ed movie! Kicked the keg that night, haha!

For the October 9th and 11th Movie Nights I will probably be showing "Ironman" and possibly a second recent feature like "88 minutes" or "21", if anyone wants to mark their calendar now... http://freytheater.com Don't say I didn't warn you!!

terrible luck Amy! It sounds like we might need to surround your car with a lot more folding chairs at the next show! ;) Good plan to try to make the car even better while you're doing repairs anyway. do we need to get a sticker for your rental car that says "my real car is a scion?"

hey troy... I might be going to the scifi museum in seattle this week (I'm in portland visiting my parents). I'll keep my eyes open for cool cylon stuff for you but they probably only have the dorky old '80s stuff. I went there last year and it was pretty neat though.

that was funny April.. I really lol'd... to top it off my rental is a kia sedona aka gynormas minivan haha.. and yea I was thinking of the chair thing too lol.. it has to stay at the garage until it's fixed now because it's not driveable and the intake was damaged.. shhh I didn't like the crappy TRD intake anyways lol.. I've messaged Rapheal on myspace on Sunday with no response yet so maybe we should look for a local park with plenty of parking... what do you guys have in mind ???

Hey well, I offered up Movie Nights for everyone this past week and I was shot down stone cold on here!...

BUT, we had a BLAST at the Thursday night Double Feature, except we kicked the keg a little early, haha... SO, guess i can't help you out with any suggestions, Shawn!

BTW, my next Monthly Movie Nights are scheduled for THU & SAT, October 9 and 11, two weeks after our Sept. meet... I'll probably be showing Ironman, and maybe another movie such as 88 Minutes or 21... 7pm on Thusday, but Saturday I could even start in the afternoon if people are worried about getting home late - there's no windows so no daylight in the theater room. Could maybe even do some dogs and burgers on the grill at supper time - another possible option, before it gets too cold out.

So, April.......Umm..................Did you watch your DVD yet?

Nah, you would have been vocal about it if you did...

As for this month's meet, I'm planning to be available, what ever the heck we do... and someone I think mentioned Sam Lewis as a possible meet spot if the bbq fell through... Hey, I could go up there in the afternoon and and fly some of my kites while I waited for the meet to start, haha...

Yes Amy, you just get off the Wrightsville exit of Rt. 30, head south to the light at Rt 462, straight across intersection, then it's about a 1/4 or 1/2 mile at the most to the park entrance on the right. The park road goes up a high hill to the top. You can see way down the Susquehanna river from up there. Good meet location for all us Lancaster County people, it's in the middle between York and Lancaster.

Except - I suppose we would have to be out of there by 7:30 pm when it gets dark, wouldn't we?? Not allowed in most parks after dark...

Last Saturday of the month for the York Meets - Just like the thread title says, Sonya!

Just razzin ya, haha, couldn't resist! It's two Saturdays from now, September 27th, but we haven't decided on a time or definite location yet. Sam Lewis State Park is a great spot but I'm thinking we'd have to have an early meet time, like mid to late afternoon, to get out of there beore the park closes at sunset, around 7:30pm... so it depends on everyone else, if they want to stick to an evening meet, we'd have to pick another place to gather...

Of Course, if we met at Sam Lewis, THEN we could all train over at sunset to the Frey Theater in Manheim for a good movie, lol!! Everyone sick of me mentioning that yet?? Too bad, I will continue to pound it into your heads!!! Vee haf vays of makink you kommen!!
