this may be a stretch but do think that someday a "drive across america" could be set up?
Were ppl could join in on a cuz and jump off when ever they wanted. I don't know what the route would be but I don't know just popped in my head. I could just picture it starting in maine, then cutting through NH on it's way to boston through providence . etc etc. new ppl would get on and old ppl would leave.
It would probably take a lot of planning but I think that NRG could be the back bone since it is accross the whole US. There could be multiple meet up spots along the way where the "train" stopped and picked up new ppl. Like one in maine, one in boston, ri, ct, ny... yeah each state could have it's own spot.
I don't know just a crazy idea. Probably too much work and organization but it would be cool.

To build on what Tam said: "Ride 95"
It starts @ 9am in Portland ME --> roll out 9:30
Next meet point is Rye Beach NH @ 10:30 ---> roll out 11:00
Next meet point is (some where good in boston on off 93, I know it breaks the 95 theme) ex: South shore plaza @ 1:00 roll out 1:30
Next meet is provience place @ 2:30 ---> roll out 3
etc etc
Any one could pick up and stop anytime they wanted. For example, I would probably drive up and start in boston and then stop in CT or maybe in NY. But ut would be cool to see how many rides get added at each stop and to see the "train" travel along. It could go on for 2 days sat and sun 12 hours each day and then it would end in Florida.
