This is a message to the punk kids that decided to destroy my scion late Saturday night. I left my car in the N. Quincy Wendy's parking lot and went shopping w/ my GF in her car. When I returned to pick up the car it was destroyed!!!
Damage:
Both mirrors were ripped off (baseball bat?)
My grillcraft 4 piece grill set was ripped off my front bumper (screwed into the bumper!)
Stubby antenna stolen.
And all badges removed
It was obviously a scion owner, because why would you take those parts, and that is what gets me so upset. Such a good community (all scion owners), it just takes a few bad apples to ruin it! Now its been awhile since I last posted but this will be close to my last. I am repairing the car as we speak and I am getting ride of it. I don't need this aggravation for all the hard work I put into this car. For all you loyal scion owners, its been a lot of fun!, Six Flags, F1, etc. Scion is a great car company!

wow... sorry to hear about that dude. did you talk to the wendys and see if there are any cameras that caught it or anything? any witnesses? good luck, we here for your support.

damn that sucks i work in north quincy and never figured something like that would happen at wendys none the less......

you sure you wanna trade your because of that though? idiots will damage any car you get if they want to....

 

well unless you have proof i don't think you can say it was obviously a scion owner... that being said it may be likely since the grills were taken... or it could just be something easy to damage and take off... usually scion owners are pretty nice to each other... and also i doubt that anyone on the MA forum would do that to another member so it may fall on deaf ears if you are trying to address the ones responsible... but it does still suck that it happened and sorry for your damage... happens to me all the time... hell i was vandalized AT THE DEALERSHIP of all places so it can happen anywhere

 

Tell me about it. I to work in Quincy and cant believe that at Wendys (where I eat lunch all the time) it happened.

Thats crazy!! Sorry to hear that. And guys dont get me wrong I doubt anyone on the MA forms did this. I am just expressing my frustration and if anything give a heads up. Since its happened to you I am sure that you know how frustrating it can be.

I'm sorry to hear that about your car. Do you think it's someone you got beef with? Yo which wendy's in North Quincy. isn't there two? Yo talk to the manager at wendy's and ask for the video tape of the parking lot? what time of day was it? Someone had to see it. Get some answers from them , make them give you an answer some how. I agree with beantowntc when he said "you sure you wanna trade your because of that though? idiots will damage any car you get if they want to...."

Trade it in... when **** like that happens, I understand why you would want to trade it in.

That is a sad story. I lived in Danvers for about a year of so, and my car got keyed, dinged, and got my tire knifed. Not at the same time though. I just kept looking forward and brushed it off my shoulder. Keep your car Dude, things will get better. Merry Christmas everyone.
