if you search on SL, you will find a bunch of threads talking about the supposed "chips" from eBay. They either, dont do anything or mess up your engine because your running pig rich. From what Ive read, its not something you necessarily want to put on your car, although having it on for a few runs prob wont do anything bad. It will prob be similar to having an o2 sensor being bad and the car running rich.

 

just ask for one good run against davedave.. so what do you think the long term effects will be accept bad gas millage.

 

My Exhaust made a loud explosion sound this weekend. When I was driving kind of fast lol . I'm like wow. It sounded like a boom and a bang!

 

1. i wont be there, so dont fuc|< up ur car so that you can beat me.

2. why are you so fixed on racing me? just wondering.

 

b.c. your the only one who will race me.. or would if you were coming.. that would be a some what close race. i mean i guess i could race cess.. but whats the point.. i would loose.. actually already been there and done that saturday.

 

a turbo muffler should get rid of that problem.. and a full exhaust system. at least 3" thick. it sounded like a high performance car running stock exhaust.. it tride to jump out but exploded inside your muffler.

 

gotcha... try racing david. he is the same performance im at.

3" would be over kill for the Supercharger. a full 2.5 exhaust would be plenty... actually 3" would only HURT the performance.

That noise you heard was just a sonic boom. It is caused when of your car, equipped with a super charger breaks the sound barrier. Not too much to worry about, you just need to be careful where you do it. Sonic Booms in residential areas tend to be highly frowned upon by local authorities.

Start with the header Dash! This is a great deal going on.

 

Did you put your header in yet? The sound of the TRD exhaust going to change once you put your header on.

 

its going to sound like p00p when you put the header on. I think its time you upgrade Kent.
