We got both of our xB's from there. My wifes in October and mine in May. I know the GM over there......and my sales associate was VERY helpful.......lol. Great service.......they earned our respect as first time buyers.

i agree their sales staff is pretty good.

but the reason i ask, is about their service department. I've had a string of bad experiences with them, and have since switched to westbury toyota/scion. either or you have any bad experiences with them? thanks in advance.

So far so good for us......I had only one issue with them pertaining to my trade-in. Seems they sold it at auction and the buyer dumped the car on their way back to NJ. The GM there settled it all for me personally. On the service end, all we have had so far is one oil change. My car has to go in a few weeks and I will be asking them to replace the lower grill "cap" on the drivers side of my wifes car under warranty since its a flimsy mounting system. Hopefully they will see it my way.......lol.

I got my Xa there. There salesman were all good, I guess they gotta be though, they are trying to sell you something after all. If you do buy your Scion there and pay for the factory alarm, make sure they give you the real Scion security system. They put a really cheap alarm in my car and expected me to pay the $500 that the real Scion security system costs. After about two days of fighting I finally got them to take the car back and switch out the alarm systems.

I tried to deal with them. i was getting jerked around from the minute the guy started talking to me. he would not give me a lease price because he said "a guy my age shouldn't lease". then when he gave me a price for financing it was like $400/month because he said i didnt have good credit. cut to the next day i go to a different dealer and i walk out of there leasing a '05 xB for $236/month with A+ credit.
