How's about you just Paypal me some money and I forget about that second part?

Lots of packing today. I'm not even close to done and I already feel like I'm forgetting a ton of stuff.

Since your'e staying in san leandro, if you take lewelling all the way down into heron bay you can take a trail that goes by the bay. other than that nothing much to do in san leandro. you can take BART and go to san francisco and do some sight seeing. Hope you enjoy your stay here in our city!
Thanks for the ideas. Not totally sure what's going on yet but I'll keep them in mind!
Looking for suggestions on dinner tonight. I don't mind driving 10 or 15 miles for food if someone has a good recommendation. Worth noting: not a huge fan of any kind of asian food (though I like some things at PF Changs, go figure). Italian, American, most Mexican... all good things.

American: http://www.kincaids.com located near SFO
Mexican: http://panchovillasm.ypguides.net/ located near San Mateo Bridge
Sorry I live in the peninsula not the east bay so I have no idea what to eat there. Try yelp.com and go for any place with over 100 ratings w/ 4 stars.

Ya, it's cool. The mexican place has promise. Might look into it.
Tonight I think I'll be heading out to Dublin to pick up a book from B&N (they don't have it at the Fremont one, which would be much closer).

No, seriously, a book about the Yugo. It'll give me something hilarious to read on 5 hour flight home on Saturday.

There should also be a B&N at Emeryville. There's a nice little shopping area there called Bay Street, if you're into that kind of stuff. Emeryville is also right by the water so you'll get a nice view of the bay.
I ended up going to the Dublin one... but may end up at Pier 39 tomorrow or later in the week. Seems like one of those places you "must" visit. And like others have suggested, hopefully the sea lions are there.
For american/italian food... there's the Cheeseboard PIzza Collective in Berkeley, which has really good veggie pizzas. (http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-cheesebo...ctive-berkeley)
Or you can try Zachery's for Chicago style pizzas, which is also in Berkeley. (http://www.yelp.com/biz/zacharys-chicago-pizza-berkeley)
And definitely go try In-N-Out for the CA experience. Take a drive through/explore SF.
