I'm taking the car to the shop today at 5PM. I'm also going to try and talk the insurance into me buying the new headlights so I can get some money down for those "ebay projector headlights". lol

 

im bringing this thread back from the dead so i won't create another accident thread!!!

anyways, i am currently in the same position, my frist accident and damaged on the front bumper, except im supposedly at fault (it was really the other person's fault for blocking street). i have a few deep scratches and scrapes across my whole front bumper. when i went to shop to get it estimated i was quoted at $500+ and my insurance deductable is $500. which is stupid because my insurance company is only going to pay the difference and i would have to pay for the deductable.

 

i wouldn't report it at all

 

hella no i didnt go through with it. i got ____ed so i closed the claim.
