Default Any Dealerships in the Bay Area HAVE the TRD Reflash Tool?

Like the title says, I'm installing the TRD Superchager myself w/ a couple of buddies. I've called like 3 different ones (Scion on Van Ness, Melody Toyota in San Bruno, and the one on Geary also) and they don't even know what the hell i'm talking about.....I was told all you have to do is just bring in your ECU and pay them 50-60 dollars but apperantly the dealerships are lacking knowledge and i got fed up because they kept on transfering me from parts to service, back to parts then service again

Anyway i dont have the time to go there phsically because i get off work at 5:30 everyday so can anyone confirm any dealerships have the tool? I much rather prefer the dealerships in SF but if i have to travel a little further i will. Thanks
