i heard good things about midnight performance here in sac(rancho cordova to be exact).

i know they have a dyno and i think they tune. they do alot of hondas tho.

I have had a recent opportunity to work with Turbo Hoses and the owner named Hoover and it was so so bad I could not wait to leave! High price, very rude , I would not ever go back. They into tuning cars such as Nobils , Thats just my opinion

Not that it matters, but the owner also has an authentic 4 dr jdm ITR pushing over 500 whp.

Yep. I actually e-mailed them for a quote earlier today.
While Blacktrax quoted me $185/hr and it should take 2-3hrs.

There are plenty of other good shops around the best bet is to get your plan together and go with the one you are cool with on both communication and pricing you need to make sure you are both on the same page.
