Same, I was wondering if you could use a heat gun? I know my friend used a blow dryer for is accord headlights b/c he wanted to paint the interior from chrome to black. It melted slowly and he pried it open, it looks like a clean job.

 

u can use a heat gun, but u have to be careful not to melt the headlights. And its not a good idea to use the heatgun method when its cold.

do u have spare headlights or u will be modding the headlights on your car now?

 

i dont got spare ones... thats why i want someone to do it, so i dont gotta worry so much =]

 

I am also looking for someone to rebake my headlights open. My angel eyes are all messed up. The installer used superglue so it's not in place any more. Clean the mess up and then redo it so it won't move anymore.

 

if you guys were local, i would do it. Its not that hard. if you grab an extra set of lights, send em my way.

For sure, I want to set something up, I needa order the angel eyes soon. This may be the weekend of April 12th, or April 19th, whatever will work with people's schedules.

I have an extra set of stockers if somebody wants to buy them. I live in pittsburg and am currently working in Saratoga so i'm up and down 280/680 if somebody wants to meet me. They aren't that hard to do but the rings do break hella easy! I got a set from somebody that was fogged and needed a new ring so I bought a set and baked it open and did it myself. Not too bad once you figure out how to get the ring in there. The wiring is super easy.
