Hey everyone, havent really been on for a while, busy with other car, work, and school. Anyways, someone at my apartments complained about me working on my other car so now im not allowed to work on it. its not done and its motor is out so i need somewhere to finish the job. i plan to only need the space for a month. im in dublin/pleasanton but dont mind goin anywhere in the bay area. thanks!

 

You're probably lucky you were able to do anything at your apartment - most places will have something in the lease about not being able to work on cars. I know mine does.

 

Nah we're not supposed to but my manager was cool with it for a while. But I guess a lot of people were complaining.

 

Yeah, appartment people are weird. They figure if they pay people to work on their car that everybody else should too. For the amount of money wasted on rent you should be able to work on your car in your spot as much as you like. Or the apartment complex should provide a shop for the tenants to use when needed.
