Well, its been 48 hours and my arm is still swollen, the pain is still there, and the Percoset and Tylenol w/ Codeine doesn't do anything but make me sleepy. I think I'll just skip the meds and suck up the pain like I have the past 16 months.

I saw the pics of the torn ligament in my wrist, an was suprised it didn't try to heal on its own. But then again, it was a pretty good sized tear.

THANKS for all of the kind words and phone calls! I hope to be back up to speed in a month or two, and making some events by then.

 

give it plenty of time to heal, don't push it.

When I had surgery on my wrist it took 4 weeks for the swelling to completely go away
cause I kept trying to use it, was my right and being right handed. And don't forget your rehab, do what they tell you.

just be careful lifting those Fat Tires and you'll be fine

I wish I could have some Fat Tire, but these meds make me loopy enuff as it is.

I depleted some of that on New Years Eve, but not much.

 

Glad to hear things went well. Like FrogBox said, don't push things too fast. There's a reason those pills make you sleepy, so you'll REST!
