Got Into My First Accident Today.... **UPDATE**

about a two weeks after I got my 06 tc I was at the gym and i here over the intercom " the person with a black scoin and the person with a blck tacoma please come to the front desk" so I assumed it was my car and i go up. the girl at the front desk tells me that there's something wrong with my car and to go check it out. I go out side and the tacoma had hit my car. I guess the guy's e brake was out so he put it in gear and it slipped out and his truck rolled into my car. it broke the driver side mirror off but luckily the his tire hit my tire before the car slide into my car. No scratches but the mirror cost like $250 bucks to fix. The guy paid for it so everything worked out.

so you will never believe this, but learn from my mistake.
I get a call from my adjuster today and she states the other party has declined liability. Ok I kinda knew that.
She said that a senior adjuster would call me up and get all the detailed info, pics, and etc. Ok, great lets do this.
20 mins I get a call from my senior adjuster she asks me what happened. I explain to her everything. At the end of the conversation she said "I'm sorry, but we are the guilty party?"
WTF did u just say?
She states that even though the party was impatient and I did have my blinker on I gave the guy enough room to squeeze in somewhat and that makes me liable. She said if ur going to make a right turn no matter how the exit is setup u should only give enough room to a bicyclist.
Wow, so I did everything correctly and even though this douche decided to be impaintent and be a horrible driver I am stuck with the bill.
Feel free to side swipe somebody. Trust me ur at not fault. FU DMV.
