how about this for the sticky....I know Kent was workin on a site for nvs but any idea if it just got left behind or is it still being worked on? I am a little tired of other admins of scionlife being able to come in and shut down our team postes and *EDIT* whats said and lock things down. Would be nice if we could look into our own forums where we have the freedom to say what we like.

But I will look into putting a forum on www.teamnvs.net , I have been really busy so the site has been on the back burner for awhile.

I would love to have our own site, but I 'm not sure how hard it is to run a forum !!
But the Mods here also have a point, I mean there is a lot going on and there are tons of members on this forum so they have to keep everyone happy so there are rules which we need to follow so if they delete our topics or edit the post, it has to be for reason which I'm sure you can contact them about it and they should have good answer for you, and lets not forget, they are the ones who is running this site, personally I'm just happy to be here, I mean first of all non of these would have heppened without this site, so lets keep them Happy and follow their rules !!

 

not too hard to setup and run forums once you get past the initial setup. Jessica and I run a website with forums and its pretty simple once you get the hang of it. All phpbb2 forums pretty much look the same like this one untless you want to get into doing alot of tweaks and you can do pretty cool layouts.
