Default places to take pictures

anybody know good places to take night pictures in or around san jose? Mall parking garages are the only place i can think of with nice white light, but the setting is too boring. any suggestions?

the roof tops of parking garages around the campus. i heard they are free to park during the weekends and I saw some pictures of my friend's car there they loook great.

Theirs a place in Milpitas along country club drive on Camarillo ct that over looks the bay. Nice spot to take pics apparently? saw lots of turners drive up their to take pics of their ride when I lived down there.

if u go to santana row at like 8 am there is no one in the basement garages. very cool place.
