i think i saw a guy from south san jose on there doing the mods too. i believe he was from the blossom hill area.

he was craigslist a while ago. iono if he is still on there, but there was guy from so sanjose. iono where he went? ill keep an eye out for him though.

I also saw the south san jose guy like ADRdesignCo said, don't see him now though. I always see the san jose and hayward guys posting up, I think they've both been doing it for a while. You could keep checking for him.

The in Hayward guy does provide the chip, install, software "dashboard", and free hardrive install if you provide one, so to me it's not a bad price for a ps2 chip mod. What chip is he installing, did he say? One good thing is that he already has the chips so you don't have to try to find an honest website to order one from.

This guy has great refs and good chips, from a legit website, he' s from San Francisco but might be worth it.

Or send Trung the chip instructions and a pic or your specific ps2 motherboard layout and maybe he can do it. Great soldering skills is the key to success in this.

theres also a place called network something off broadway on the way to the city that sells import stuff too. iono if they modding too tho. lol

i called game stop today and i was like "do u guys mod ps2s or gamecubes?"

and he was like "uhm we dont do that"

I think it's call Network video or something, it's off Broadway on 101 in Burlingame.
I bought an import game from there once. I heard the owner had some guy mod PS2 for him.
