basically its about "modified" cars being pulled over of suspisition of illegal modifications. They already started to crack down, and also they will again on Friday.

Great huh? just givin heads up. TO me its part of the chronicles of riddiculous in my life. Oh well hopefully none of us will have to hassle with it

i can picture all the dumb..... people that'll do something stupid after watching that movie. if they get impounded for doing so... i have no sympathy.

keep that stuff on the track. it's those people that make cops so **** about modded cars and will break up even the smallest, peaceful get togethers.

we already know the infamous cop in the bay area (fremont specifically) that's cracked down completely and out of his mind. if Rosetti doesn't ring a bell... well then... let's just say you don't want to meet him.

Yeah I've heard the Rosetti stories... in his defense I understand why he cracks down.. because of the personal loss, but he takes it waay too far. Beyond having any sort of common sense judgement. He just thinks anyone who mods their car is bound to kill someone. *sigh* All extremists, no matter what the cause is need to be hung. lol

 

and even those of us who dont do anything stupid will still get harassed becasue we drive modified cars, this is getting so out of hand I want to sell me car sometimes.

i guess i'm okay wid it cuz i no longer have my box (wid the loud exhaust) and the exhaust on my new S2K is both smog and sound legal, if Rosetti dares to give me a ticket.... i'll be in court and fight for it, and haller @ my friend so that his dad can yell at his @$$

 

Somebody asian, please buy a red dodge viper or Chevy corvette or maybe just the Mustang GT.

Remove the muffler.

Tint the back windows.

Put some random stickers on there.

Go to Fremont on Auto Mall Prkwy.

Then, just launch yourself from stoplight to stoplight and then let's see if Rosetti pulls them over.

Then we'll try the experiment again with someone white, and then someone black.

 

Thank God I don't live in communist California. What the hell is wrong with an aftermarket intake or exhaust? If there so concerned about the environment why don't they come up with more strict emission laws for those gigantic polluters called big rigs? These guys are constantly driving and there's tons of them on the road. Here all they check for an annual inspection is vapor recovery from the gas filler.

 

I was followed this morning when i left the house, San Jose PD was right on me and went through all the turns with me. So I pulled over to look for my ipod in the back seat. When I pulled over the cop look puzzled and drove off. I was hoping it was because he had a scion too, I guess not.

Well being the Black man that I am I get followed in any car that I'm in. It doesn't even need to have any mods. I've noticed though that I've been harrassed more since I bought my TC.

 

hope I dont get followed tonite..i get off work at the prime time they might be cracking down, like 10:30-11ish. -.- guess i'll take the small neighborhoods home instead of the main streets, you know keep it low pro. lol
