Just a <BUMP> to remind everyone that they are not only signing up for this, but attending and getting others to sigh up and attend. :D

Not just current Scion owners! It is an excellent opportunity for the "almost Scion oeners" to learn about the new Scions, and have some fun doing it, with zero pressure from sales folks...

Drive one with a Scion guy sitting next to you telling you to floor it, smoke the tires, and to stomp the brakes so hard that the ABS jumps in to help.

It's fun, folks!

I'm definitely going to try and get the day off for this. Gotta round up the Kitsap gang so they know about it, too.

Hmmmmmm... maybe we should be thinking about having an improptu gathering of ScionLife folks around the free food tables or something.

...and don't forget to pick up your free goodies from the front desk folks before you leave! :D

This starts in "downtown" North Bend, but just pick it up from already being on I-90.

North Bend to Puyallup Route

At the Puyallup end, if you look to your left for the last block of driving, that is the fairgrounds where it will be. I don't know which entrance it will be, but there SHOULD be signs...

Hope this helps!

Tom

YAY!! I can't wait! I'm still on the fence about doing the owner's alley since I currently have zero mods!

Go for the owner's alley. It doesn't hurt and you get free tchotchkies and a DVD when you're done!

Even if nothing else, the snacks and drinks are usually worth showing up for, if you are local.

I didn't bother eating before showing up last time, 'cause I know that Scion usually fesds us pretty well. In Portland I had some little sandwiches, a tiny burger, and a couple of platefulls of fried, breaded mozzarella sticks. The usual hot and cold (non-alcoholic) drinks were there.

Oh, yeah, they had the cars there, too, and a whole lot of information about them, and people to ask questions of, who for the most part knew the answers (and trinkets, did I mention Scion trinkets?).

Besides, driving a brand new model, even with a staff guy in the passenger seat, is OK when he's telling you to floor it on take off and to check out how the ABS works before the first corner. :D

C'mon, people, show up and enjoy it.

Tom
