Another Amazing Trip
So last year I went to Europe to visit a friend of mine for an almost 3 week vacation and I had to try and find a way to top that this year.
In two months I'm heading to
Hawaii
then to Guam
then to Fiji
then back to Guam
then to Japan
then back to Guam
then back to Hawai'i
then home.
My work has approved me for 12 weeks off starting in March-April, I'll likely only be taking 4-5 I'm excited to get to go back to my other home and see my mom and I'm excited to get to go see my little brother in Japan. I'm also hoping to find time to pop down to Australia and if I have even more extra time I want to go to Bali & Palau. Anybody has any recomendations or wants knick knacks let me know! Hooray! Who wants a ride in my suitcase?

Yea, I lived in a town called St. Ives North from age 4-8. The town is about 8-10 miles North of Sydney and was a cool little suburban town. I actually got my first driving (and crashing...and technically car theft) experience in that town in front of our first house at age 4-ish.
We moved there when my father's company moved him out and then moved back to the States when he took a new job. I miss that place, still have a few friends floating around back there that you just reminded me I should get in touch with again.
I just looked at a map of St. Ives again, picked a street that looked like mine and sounded familiar, then sent my mother a text message to figure out which street we actually lived on. I totally guessed correctly! Turns out after all these years I still remember my old childhood home, even if it's just a satellite picture of it! (yes, I'm super nerd-excited about this in real life)
Here's a link to my old house from the late 80's/early 90's!

Zoom out to see the proximity to Sydney.
