Our car hasn't been evaluated by the adjuster yet, when that happens IF, HUGE IF they decide it is totaled I will make a post and we will sell whatever parts we can get off of it.
Unfortunately Kanchi, Dodaddy, and a few other fellas have first crack at any parts because they have helped us out countless ways in god knows how many times. And Kanchi introduced me to my husband so he gets whatever he wants sorry boys and girls.
That being said, I hope it works out so nobody gets anything and they can fix our baby and it's just the seam sealer that's cracked and not the unibody. Sending it off to honey0buckets body shop right now.
Kanchi it's impossible to be a vulture when cute kittahs are involved
Waiting on the adjuster to call me and then I'm going to go meet him at the body shop and talk. Should be tomorrow or the next day before he even calls. ugh sooo not patient!

ugh... the gravity of the situation has settled on me today (especially when they were taking it away on the flatbed)... i dont really know what to do. me and allie have both spent alot of time on and have alot of memories of this car. dont get me wrong its not my first project car or anything (it is my first NEW car) its just that alot has happened in the last 4 to 5 years that i/we have owned it. that and you would think with the countless flings up and down crown point and dog mountain it would have gone out fighting... not executed in a parking lot... parked. the reality of the situation is this: if its totaled then we will get a new (well... used) car and maybe it will be a buildable car and maybe it wont. i have actually thought about taking some time off from the whole thing. i have other things i would like to spend money on. that and when i was racing up in the puget sound i was like in the bottom 10 percent age category... most those people were late 30's early 40's... i got plenty of time. if its not totaled and they fix it then that is just all smiles.... im worried but i accept the inevitable... whats done is done so i am planning for the worst and hoping for the best.

Just got home from hanging out with the insurance adjuster and he says it needs a new front bumper, a new rear bumper, a new exhaust, new hatch, frame straightened, the rear panel of the uni body cut out and re welded.
