so besides the fact steve works in puyallup and is really cool, how does "titus will" vs "south tacoma way" vs "steve's puyallup" locations stack up in
1 freebies like floormats/hats/mugs
2 customer service, follow up
3 general awesomeness
unless you seattleites/bellevueites also got input

Steve actually doesnt work at puyallup anymore.... hasnt for about 1.5 yrs or so
havent used any of those mentioned for service on my car, but puyallup and south tac way have both been supportive of the community..... titus will has dabled a bit and still testing the waters i think

Nice sales staff! And easy on the eyes to boot! As far as the rest of what you are looking for...pretty good @ #1 for events (won a $50 gift cert.), #2 have heard really good things about the service, SCION sales dept, & Victor rules in finance, #3 10 out of 10 for general awesomeness FO SHO!

Titus Will is jumping into community events and has one coming up that is in the works.
Robert Larson did a great car show over the winter months and they are good (although I have a slight beef with their VW location).
Sean over at Puyallup is also great and has the Skates & Wigs event coming up that you should come out and attend

Any dealership can have problems.
It is how they respond to those problems that differentiates the good from the bad.

Realistically no scion dealership should be giving out free stuff; it's within the scion "rules" but it kind of defeats the whole purpose of pure pricing. So if they tell you they can't give you free stuff at least respect them for being legit.
