Dear Brian,

I understand many people have it substantially worse than I have it and while I apreciate that it is still difficault for me to be ok with the circumstances surrounding my wedding.

I know the wedding is just the begining the marriage is what matters, but I'm still frustrated. I spent time saving and a lot of money on this when I should have gone the court house way because surely they do not have birds inside a court house and I wouldn't have wasted all the money trying to make something a little girl dreams of become reality.

But in the end, it is not the wedding that matters, but the marriage. I'm sure in a few weeks, months, whatever I will be over it. Until that time I vent in the dear thread. Because I don't have the heart to whine about it to others, I try to just laugh because what else can you do?

Dear TFS,
What happened? I have had my car with you since 2006 and you have been soo gratious to me when i needed to skip a payment during my financial crisis, but have never actually missed a payment. Today i logged in to the site to check on the status of my current payment cause it hasnt posted yet and i find that you have decided to take DOUBLE the payment out, i did not authorize this and my bank cant stop it because its going to post tonight and it takes 2 days to stop, so now, i wont be able to pay my rent or car insurance off my next check if i cant get my bank to dispute the half of the payment you are taking from me.....Why TFS? Why?

OMG that so sucks Josh!!! do you have your car payment set up on autopay? That is just the reason I don't let them have that sort of access to our bank account, I have it set up like a one time only payment....your bank can't do anything?!? see that's the catch 22 of the whole autopay, by giving them authorization into your account they can pretty much do as they please....I used to work for a bank and have seen all sorts of shady things they do with peoples accounts with no regard to the fact that this is a persons livelyhood.....

Yeah the auto pay on many companies is a pain.........we had that on a Credit Card and they kept upping our limit and then automatically taking the fee for upping my credit out at the time of payment........they did it every 6 months and once they crashed my bank account and cost me overdraft fees and that is when I went off on their butts.......

So when you goto Toyota financial site it has double the payment showing that they want........mine is like that too......just send them the exact amount that you have for a payment.......unless they have already pulled double.

well thats the thing it said on friday the normal ammount due, i put in that ammount, and somehow they doubled it! but as an update, i called them up they said they couldnt refund it and that it would just be a credit on my account for my next payment....this wont work for me, so i called my bank and disputed the half payment, they are going to get it refunded to me within 5-7 days...so word of advice make sure if you use online 1 time payment that you check it 2-3 days before its supposed to post, if you catch it before the site says "in process" they can fix it, or your bank can put on a stop payment (and in the case of WAMU its $30 to stop an e-bill)

Dear New Car Karma,

Why you gotta be bustin’ my chops? I mean, seriously...what did I do? First, you send an uninsured meth-head barreling into my rear bumper in stop-and-go traffic…and now you go and leave a whole tire in the middle of I-5 when I’m driving along at night?!? Ugh!!!

So much for wheels and/or tires. Looks like I’ll be fixing the paint on the driver’s side door and replacing the front plastic wheel well protector thing which was completely ripped off.

Maybe I should put the body shop on speed dial...

Either way we have switched to USAA and I now pay LESS THAN HALF OF WHAT I PAYED TO YOU __________ PER MONTH. I hope this does not find you well and you get termites in your classic wooden yacht you putz.

(Hope this helps Jenna)

Dear Kachi,

Please give me the info on USAA, I was getting raped by Progressive, 375 a month with no tickets ever. Just an accident in which i wasn't cited. Switched to Essurance, and am saving a few bucks, but not enough.

Thank you.

Kekais wife Jen has been my HERO she got us a FANTASTIC rate considering all the crap my husband and i have on our not so clean records.

I recommend anybody and everybody get with her for insurance quotes, she doesn't charge you extra for it, it really is just a great great hook up.
