demon eyes legal in WA? y/n?
^^ what he said... at least while driving on public roads... if parked or on private property... your ok.... but i'm sure they'll watch and make sure they are off once you hit the road
Any modifications that you do to your headlights are illegal since they did not come like that from the dealer. I have VRD projector light with halos and 10,000K HIDs and HID custom green Fog lights and I’ve never gotten stopped for them so I doubt that you will get stopped if you get plain white lights.

2) Except as required in RCW 46.37.190 no person shall drive or move any vehicle or equipment upon any highway with any lamp or device thereon displaying a red light visible from directly in front of the center thereof.
That sounds like a 'no' to me, but you could always try going for a more orangey tint and say 'but your honor, they're not red, they're orange!' I guess it depends on what color you consider demonic. Lavender? Pink?

I was assuming that by demon eyes you meant the red version, as opposed to angel eyes - the white version.
(BTW - that's a link to the RCW in my previous post, if you want to poke around there a bit.)

again sorry...not thread jack
Without looking it up in the RCW or federal law, red, blue and green are prohibited colors in Washington state if visible from the front of the vehicle. Red or Blue are for emergency vehicles only, and green is volunteer fire, but only allowed with a letter from the chief, carried in the vehicle, authorizing it.
See the RCW link above and do some digging.
Even easier, use search and come up with excellent threads that have discussed this sort of thing IN DETAIL with full references to federal and state laws: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=137295
Beyond that, it really depends on the officer's knowledge, and his current mood...
