I'm down for this, assuming it doesn't conflict with any "can't miss" summer concerts.

 

i vote we just find a camping place as close as possible and hitch up there.

 

Just see if we can get a group rate and take over 1/2 a campground!

 

hells yeah.

camping, booze in extravagant amounts, and cars.... what could be better? oh yeah roller coasters!!!

 

actually in my professional opinion alcohol and roller coasters are very very bad... especially when crossed with the hot hot sun.

 

Like I said earlier to, I will be there w/ my parents and their motorhome so gotta a basecamp!

 

We went with Nikki, Henry and my good friend Scott and all stayed in a hotel in Coeur de Alene, actually the same place as Kekai. We plan to stay in the same area again this year, though at a different hotel . . . one with a pool!!! We 'might' do the cabin thing, I'll have to discuss it with the rest of the crew! But we had so much fun last year that we have to do it again!

yeah that place was ok but kinda lame at same time..hopefully w/enough planning... can find a better place if i dont end up doing the cabin thing

 

They were incredibly rude when I checked in and didn't even have the roll-away bed that I had reserved which would have put my friend sleeping on the floor. Then they tried overcharging me when we checked out. I think we'll stay across the street at the Best Western . . . then had a pool AND a bar!

there was talk of renting an entire campground cuz it was same price as the cabinm

 

I am ok with renting a whole campground just as long as it is close 'cause last year was a little too far away

Best Western was great. And its attached to its own indoor waterpark...had huge bathroom tubs (could fit 4 people in that thing), and of course...free breakfast.

But I'm also up for renting the cabins that are about 3 miles down the road (http://www.cedarmountainfarm.com/) if people want to do cabins (they also have free breakfast & evening snacks).
