Default fireworks

Played with new camera last night, tell me what you think, these were taken off my back deck, neighbor went thru $500 worth of fireworks, so we didn't have to spend a dime or battle traffic to see a decent show.

Nice, yeah my neighbors usually go all out on the 4th so i don't usually go crazy buying fireworks. someone around my block was lighting off these ballons of some sort, with a flame in the middle almost like a hot air ballon, and they were lit up all over the sky. they were to coolest fireworks. anybody know what these are???

Wife bought me the Fujifilm S9000 for my birthday, still learning all the functions but liking it so far.

^x2

Not only the colors but the light!

My pics all turned out too dark even on my camera's "night" setting.

thanks everyone, the pics were taken just before 10pm so it was still a little light out, I actually darkened them up a little to get the colors to pop. War zone sounds about right, someone lit off a big firecracker in the hood, shook the house it was so big.

The host of our party put on a great show (approx. 30 multishot arial fireworks all wired together for a continues show) then he handed out thes little cardboard glasses that make multi color streaks around any light you look at. WOW what a trippy show!
