*turns light on* *looks around* *shrugs*

I'm amazed that no one else posted anything about the monthly South Sound get together we
had, the second Friday of January (Friday the Thirteenth!).
Guess I'll put down some words...

People started showing up just before 7PM in the parking lot of Krispy Kreme (Tacoma Mall)
and we ended up with about a dozen of us taking over the front corner tables and talking up a
storm.
About 8:30 we spontaneously decided it was time to eat and eight convoyed over to the nearby
Red Robin, where we took over the long, tall table by the bar that was just our size.
I won't go into most of us acting like pigs at a trough, but I don't think any of us could be even
remotely considered 'underfed.'
I should mention that The Foth was there, and he was presented with the very nice watch that
was the rest of the SCAA award he recieved back on the 11th of December Awards dinner.
He also had copies of Import Racer with he and his xB on the cover (with a nice spread
inside), and also a copy of The Seattle Times with a pic and article. Nice coverage for a
very nice box.
We talked about Scions, settled most of the problems in the world, fed our faces, and had a
grand time until about 10:30 when we paid the damages and went about our separate ways.
That hits the high points, and I suspect we are all looking forward to next month's casual
gathering.
