Everyone that loses always turns around I picks apart the car that won, instead of looking at there car and saying well what can I do to up the challenge. I like Andersg approach on it he was very positive about losing and wanting to find out how he could make it better. I think the best time Ive had are at car shows we did with no trophys, there never seems to be anyone not happy after those. Its like I say its not the trophy I care about its hanging out. The trophys I get sit In my storage collecting dust, Im somewhat proud of them but im waiting for a dealership around here to put a trophy case up and thats were they will go to show people what scions can do. I like all of you your great people, but we all can go into shows and think we should win every time or were all gonna come out sour so people who win good for you people who lose keep on trucking. Thanks to every one who is supportive hope canada was fun wish I had gone.Ratcityrain thanks for the congrats everysones car was great. I have two or three more shows im doing than im pursuing DC Comics to do Comic Cons maybe shows in between. Have a great summer and see ya around.
I agree with you on the fact that we do shows to have fun, hang out and b.s. about life and cars (and to look at hot women). I know I sound like a poor sport and in some case I am. I already put in a request for a copy of the judges score sheet so that I know where I need to improve at (as well as I did from import motion, but yet never saw that one either). I guess I am just confused 'cause I have done a lot of work to my car and my car was spotless as far as dirt and grime, but yet I still loose to a nice XB, but one that has less done to it then myself. I don't want to sound like a sore looser, but yes I am in a way one. All I will say on this matter, as my last comment about it all, is that I don't feel that the judging was fair at all. That's my last beef w/ this show, but yes I don't think i will do this show again 'cause I just wasn't digging it. I should have gone to the SCN one w/ the rest of you guys 'cause that one sounds like more fun. Oh well, I'll be at the Canada show next month. Driven to perform).

Chase, good luck with the comic book chase and future shows, I hope to see ya around and I'm not trying to attack you as a person or who you represent 'cause you're a cool kat and I like kickin' it w/ ya.. Just wanted to express my thoughts and opinions about the overall show.

well guys all i gots to say is that one of these car shows i will be putting my car into it will be in hot summer rides but i would love to join u guys in a big one and see what she can do, but like u said ratcityrain why in the heck would a somewhat stock car win over a full loaded and costumized car i have no clue, when i saw that crappy junky integra with the black bumper and nothing but scratches on it i thought why was he even there and then a few others that had just rims and that is it there, i thought it was a car show not a park lot lol. well i gots to say good luck to all who have won and congrates to all that were there i shall see u guys soon later.

That just shows that it doesn't matter what your car looks like, and I feel this way too, if you want to show your car (stock or fully customized) then DO IT. Just like Nike says "DO IT." That's the best way to have fun, meet others that are into the same thing as you, look at hot women, take lots of pictures and learn what it's like to be in a car show. So I think you should do the next show that is coming up, whether it be the canada one or any other ones

If you dont see that score sheet in a timely manner, let me know and Ill try to help you get the process expidited, I want mine to. you just have to remember our cars can be equally clean and exactly the same, all it takes is a point to lose or win we could have been equal on ever thing, but you could have got more points for your stereo and I could have had more points for exterior maybe enough to win. Its not how much money or do hickys you have on/in your car its what you do with the money and do hickys that matter, thats what Ive learned from car shows.I dont care if I win or lose, but if I lose I prefer it to be against a friend/teammate.

I am emailing for my sheet as well. I want to know where I can improve..........

And I agree with Shawn, Global showed alot of people that if you love your car.....SHOW IT! It doesn't matter what you have on it, just as long as you love it and are proud of it.

but still some of the cars should have been parked out side in the parking lot, so that cars that have more stuff done could take there place,i mean come on go on line and check out car shows in other areas they have cars that are all done up and tricked out global has some cool cars and then a bunch of scratched and junky cars that they let in oh wait they paid the fee so i guess its ok and yeah i know show off your ride because u love it but give me a break its a car show not a parking lot for any car to show up. I am sorry for ******* people but come on wouldn't u love to go to a car show and see cars that makes u stop and say dang how did he do that. Come on we paid 25 dollars a person to see tricked out rides and custom cars not cars that should be sitting out side in the parking lot or sitting in a high school parking lot. Come on les swab this year had the high school car show in lacey. But hey every one has the own opinion about cars and car shows. but anyways guys check u later

i hear what you are saying impotspeed. I wouldn't want to pay that much money to see stupid, fake, or crusty cars. I would only want to see tricked out or super custom cars so i hear ya on that

hmm.. think there were a few primer or less than shiney paint jobs in canada too... but just a small handfull.. and i think on each one i saw "project in the works" label somewhere on thier display.....

sounds like SCN had a lot fewer "project" cars.. but there were a few..
