If you want your car to stay legal, then don't mod it. It's "illegal" the second you do a mod.

I live in Gresham, right south of ya, and I have no problem with cops. I have a Tsudo N1 catback and it's pretty loud, but I don't get any crap from the cops. When I had my DC header on, I only got pulled over once for it being loud, and that was in Seattle.

Besides, this is Oregon, they don't do visual inspections. As long as your OBDII passes, you pass. You can pass, even with a header as long as you do the anti-fouler. I passed in Seattle with a header and catback.

You can buy them and drill it yourself, or you can buy it pre drilled. I bought two and both were pre-drilled so i wouldn't have to do any dirty work

Thanks for the information. I'll be looking into this as soon as I figure out what part I am getting and quit buying crap i do not need hahhaha
