so as some of you know im buying my familys rental house... well day one of clean up was today.... holy crap disgusting the renters kids wiped poo on the walls, there were dirty tampons under the sink, and mold everywhere.... we just spent 120 dollars on cleaning supplies and spent 6 hours cleaning with bleech.... I don't know how people can live like that with kids.... hopefully by december first the wood floors will be done along with the paint ill let ya guys know about my beer party im gonna have when time gets closer...

lol they must have oh god lol... ya the most disgusting people ive ever met.... they were givin a 72 hour notice to move out because they owed us 3 months of back rent so we told them move out by 5pm saturday well they moved out all right they moved out in to the back yard lol dumb as* people seriously everything they own is in the backyard getting rained on...

 

Sounds like it was time for these people to leave one way or another. Jeesh.. I'm sorry, but what scummy icky people to do ____ like that.

 

It always amazes me how some people can live like that. Awhile back T and I had to video tape for the landlords something similar...people out on a 72 hr notice don't care...they leave the place a mess most times. It was almost as bad as what you describe....but then went as far as taking poop diapers and sticking them on the wall before they left YUUUUKKKKK

WOOOW...my parent's had a tenant like that they left poo on the walls too...maybe it's the same people lol...but seriously if their stuff is in the back yard you should move it to the sidewalk because tecnically since they were kicked off the property they have no right to come back onto the property even if it is to claim their things, unless they had a prior agreement with you to do so....they risk tresspassing charges if you don't want them to come back
