So, i made a thread before about me needing people to help me move cuz my hubby's deploying, yada yada. Well, my hubby deploys in the middle of september, we started packing our crap, and were gonna put everything everything everything in storage.

While he's deployed, im going to go live with my mom in Puerto Rico. Of course, it's only temporary and I'll be back in 4months but i know it's gonna feel like FOREVER being without my scion. *sigh*

Well, ima hit up some local scion clubs in PR and try to kick it with them even tho i wont have my scion with me. Ima buy a beater car while im down there to cruise and get to work or school.

Well, thats my news. just thought i'd share.

is it cheaper for you to do that??? lol... you can have a room here and keep your xA with yah... only 500 a month.. .....

eh.. oh well.. at least the weather will be nice down there

Actually it is cheaper that way We'll both be saving up. My car's gonna be with his on base (with a car cover of course).

Hopefully you can find an Ol' school '80s Corolla with the 3TC engine in it, down in PR. I had an '81 Corolla Hatchback a few years back...I miss that carrito...

Do you need a garage to park your car in? I can offer a spot! I don't want to see poor Scions being parked on base to get broken into.

Do you need help moving the stuff to the storage unit? Mo and I are still free to help with that when you need it. I have extra boxes too!

What else can we do to help? Are you going to be at the Scavenger Hunt? I have some xA parts to give you and I miss seeing you. Please say you're coming!!!

Im going! lol Im not gonna miss the scavanger hunt, r u nuts?! lol Im gonna keep the car next to my hubby's in the "deployed people" parking lot. Ima put a cover on it so no one will know what kinda car it is and break into it. the cops patrol it and stuff so i trust it. plus i'll have my old coworkers checking up on it.
