alright im putting the call out. i need a xB hatch. dont care what color, damaged or not...just needs to open and close. please please please anybody either here or washington I5 area please be on the look out for totaled xBs in scrap yards, call your local yard whatever you can to help me....dont even care if it has glass.

if you do find one..if you can buy it for me. i'll pay you back and come to wherever you live to get it from you. before anyone asks...no i didnt get in a wreck my hatch is just fine...just want to be able to drive my box while i shave my hatch.

I'll put the calls out here locally (eugene/springfield/corvallis and see what we come up with... I would imagine with a couple more days like we had today, one will show up.


I know when I called on the one that this yard did have, they wanted like $650.00 for it complete. It's gone now...

checked the wrecking yard here but I dont have the 500.00 they want for it.

I have a hood though...... lol you know you want that....

Heck, I've seen some of the body work he's done on the cars here, he could make that hood fit on his trunk... plus, he won't have to shave the license plate hole.

lol...my plans for the license plate hole will be to custom mold it into the rear bumper. for what im thinking it wont be too diffacult but we'll find out when i get my hands on another hatch so i can still drive around....

okay, nothing local and nothing on the parts finder that the local shop searches through. But we did get a good dusting of snow last night, so I will be checking again here in a few days.

thanks for your offor...i will deff get you a message if i run into problems...im pretty sure i can handle it though....LOTS of bondo and LOTS of sanding lol. hooray for my WHOLE HATCH being in bondo blue (the color of bondo).

hahaha well we welded mine...in doing so it warped the hatch, i think kansai had over 20 hours into it getting it right, and then it warped after i got it home, so i have to take it back to kevin and have him fix it. good luck, i think next time we are going to use fiberglass to do it.
