ive been thinking about running at PIR this summer during Les Schwab Late Night Drags. $27 for the night, friday and sat nights. anyone else run there or want to run?

 

I go there occasionally... I generally observe, but late summer may run the Z. It's not too expensive to go and check out the cars.

 

Went one time a while ago. Wish they did the same up here in Seattle, it would be nice to have the option on the weekend.

 

Pacific is to picky about what they want to run up there. i might hit the strip in a month or so

 

I'll probably be down for this, been years sense I've been down the drag strip.

 

cool. i have to change a motor mount and prob a cv axle before i go racing. ill also wait till my kids are with the x-wife so i dont have to worry about babysitter lol

 

I'll be going most weekends I have off.

11's on street tires is pretty good! my buddy runs high 10's on street tires

 

FYI guys, I'm heading down to Portland on Saturday. Gonna "race" my brother's V6 2007 Eclipse. Gonna see what I can do since my last visit. Have since added a Lightweight Pulley.

 

u should stop by Toutle and come run the 1/8 mile strip there. having a import drags and car show on Sat

 

Aaaaah, wish I could! Will be in Portland the whole day so i won't be able to break up to Toutle. Guys should come on down after the drag show!

 

Anyone still interested in going to Pacific Raceways?

I'll be going Wednesday for there Wicked Wednesdays event 8/22 4pm-11pm basically a TNT, and I'll most likely be going to the TNT on Friday 8/24 4pm-11pm if anyone is interested.

 

I would if they weren't so lame. I'm not interested in running once a n hour for that price

 

I Completely agree but next week is probably going to be it for the rest of the year and I would like to make a couple more passes at least

 

Was a great event last night, made 5 runs and I left early due to the wastegate flange breaking off but I managed a best of 13.3@115
