Well im not sure if your looking for a resturant that carries it, but There is one place I know of that has it. There is a mack and jack brewery in redmond by marymore park and East lake Samammish Parkway. one of my employees was there last week. he said the porter there

 

which part of shoreline do you live in? I'm on 125 and sand point near lake city.....

 

yeah, im looking for a restaurant where I can get a steak preferably. where a person driving my "drunk-off-porter" ___ home can enjoy themselves with too.

not sure if i'm a light-weight, but i have (2) 16-20 oz. porters and im feeling mighty fine.

sounds like me. Wingdome in Kirkland has it... very good with the 5 alarm chicken

 

the Rocksport in West Seattle on Oregon and California has Mac and Jacks...i get it all the time, Taphouse Grill in Bellevue also has it. or you can get it at the brewery out in Redmond....too bad its not bottled and only on tap. Im not the biggest fan of the porter, has to be served REALLY cold to taste decent. If youre a big fan of porters then try red hook's nitro porter, its the bomb diggity!

Haven't had the pleasure of indulging in the M&J Porter as of yet... duly added to the to-do list.

 

personally, i don't like many porters. I had the mac & jacks's amber at a restaurant when i was 19 at a company dinner. i feel in love.

then at 21, i tried the porter...that stuff is like MJ's amber concentrate. easily my favorite. it's like someone combined bread and beer into some beautiful concoction.

another good one for me, is Arrogant Bastard, that's something bottled, and i get it at that World Market store.

love the arrogant bastard , thats stuff is awesome. I'm a Rouge River Brewery kinda guy myself. havent found much that i didnt like from them.

Around here though, favorite has Got to Got to Got to be Pyramid Crystal Weissen. M&J comes in a very close second though....
