Default need help with brakes

So last year larry did my brakes on the front for me, and they seem to need to need to be done again already, today when doug installed my springs i asked him how he thought they looked, he said that the outer pads looked alright, and so did the rotors, but wasnt sure about the inner pads, i was wondering if someone knew enough about brakes to be able to look at it and tell me if i just need new pads AND rotors this time, or if the pads are wearing unevenly because there is something wrong with the calipers, i need to do it ASAP as when i have been driving alot they sound horrible, but when they are cold they seem just fine

few questions for you man. when you replaced the pads the first time did you guys get the rotors turned ? when replacing front brake pads its always best to replace or surface the rotors so everything is smooth and they make their own wear patterns. what happened most likely was that the brake pads last time were just switched out cause the rotor looked good on the outside. and in terms it would cause premature wear on the brake pads, witch seems to be what you have. how many miles did you put on them ?

yep they did not turn them,so this is why most likely they are starting to make noise again, like I always say gotta turn or replace every time.

they are doing the same thing they were doing the last time they needed to be changed, and i think i remember the inner pads were more worn then as well, and that was the first set of pads to be replaced, and yea, last time i didn't have the money to replace the rotors or even re surface them, but yea i plan on replacing them this time for sure, i just want to make sure that's all that's wrong with them before i do it, i don't want to get some nice slotted rotors and have the calipers be whats wrong and break those within a year.

When I did the front pads, I cleaned the rotors and I skuffed them. There were no hot spots. Josh they may need to be cleaned if they are fine cold, the stock pads will glaze as time goes on. I could check them for you but I am booked this weekend, maybe next weekend before the run.... do they skeeeek and then it goes away when putting pressure on the brake pedal......

no pressure no sound, pressure applied its more of a metal on metal feel, like grinding 2 peices of sand paper over each other, i cant remember what brand pads they were, they were either centric or bendix, and they were either ceramic or semi metalic....def not organic (yuck).....just let me know whats a good time to meet, i'm still unemployed so any time really works for me

its an 06 @ 48k, i drive in the winter and hit the ABS alot, generally i dont use breaks more than the avg joe, if not less, i use the O/D button to compression break, then i apply breaks, so i wouldnt say im too hard on them durning non snowy times, but now that im lowered i doubt i'll be doing much winter driving
