Still trying to work this. How long is the room discount good for? Do we have to reserve room way in advance to get discount?

 

got my room today!

 

Yeah, I went and checked out the room status and it gave me a $63 per night charge, that was with or without the code and before taxes, so I was just wondering.

 

So... any idea on how many people have reg'd so far?? and then 2nd on robbie's ? about the room rate(s)

I will find out about the discount code expiration date. and the cost.. it should be $50 per night with the discount code PLUS tax.

Eric- so far on our club site we have a roll call of 38 people. it will grow fast in the coming weeks.

 

Kekai, we are trying to make this happen. If we do this we may drive to Medford on the thurs. and stay there so that we don't have to leave so early in the morning from here. Just need to find an inexpensive room there and figure out a sitter for the dog. We need a vacation, lol.

 

lol... we're goin either way Jenn will be driving over from nor-cal where shes visiting fam... i'll fly in or drive down pending time off of work... if i get time off i'll drive down thurs/friday combo... if no time from work will fly down after work friday

 

So... looks like about a 900mile trip 1 way... 3-4 tanks of gass either dir... not that bad.. and thats going i5 south to sacremento then east to reno.... i think i like that treck better than over/thru the mountians like we took to vegas..

 

Driving down to Sac. will add 2 hours to the drive. It is all major freeway though.

 

i just eyeballed a google directions putting in tacoma to reno took 5 to what looked like sacremento... then east... im sure we could tweak things as needed to shorten it up a bit

 

Rob- you are more than welcome to crash at my place here in Medford, however. I have to be down in Reno on THURSDAY.. I am on the committee and have to be t here a day early. James is going to be driving down and staying Wednesday at my place and we are headed over together by 10am Thursday.

Rob- the offer still stands if you want to leave a day early. caravan down with James, crash at my place Wednesday night and roll to Reno with us Thursday morning. I don't have a spare bed, but I have very comfy couches..

if anything I can get an air mattress also.
