Dang man, gotta learn to give them room

First rock chip I got taught me to give them big trucks 10+ car lengths.

 

Well, we made it here a little later than we thought. Had a minor delay right off the bat, but everyone made it down safely. KK had an air line come off and lost all his air just south of Ashland and sat the car down on his tires at freeway speeds, luckly we were in the slow lane and he was able to get it off the road. We found the problem after we took the front and rear bumpers off to get it ready to go on the flatbed wrecker that was coming to pick him up. He had an air line come off. He had all the parts and tools needed to fix it except for one wrench for the fitting, so we had to wait for the tow truck so that we could use his tools. Once we got the fitting replaced, we were back up and running. Rolled in at around 6:30. Now its time for breakfast and to get the car cleaned up for later today.

Just got home, long day, lots of miles. Will start a pic thread and get my pics up tomorrow sometime, need sleep.

 

We had a blast at the show, it was cool meeting everyone.

 

^First guy we saw when we rolled into the hotel. Says, "you drive one of these ugly cars too", lol. Great meeting you Dave, congrats on the best of show award.

 

Thank you to all that made the trek out for the event!!! We had a BLAST!!! It was great to finally meet all of you!! I can't wait till next year!

 

Has anybody heard from KK? Did he make it home safe and sound? Or just sleeping?

 

i'm here.... sorta.... yeah... trip was... fun... lol... i'll get pics up later tuesday...

So... yeah.. blew an airline... radio failed 2hrs in (low vltg light on amp..figured bat was toast bought a new... still dead ) window switches on driver door failed end of show.. so no window down for me on way home... 200miles from home VSC/Trac controll and check engine light all lit up... if i ease on the gas to fast car starts stuttering.. almost feels like belt slipping...

any1 on bags need a quick way to stop?? scew the ebrake.. drop your car on all 4 corners

 

Glad to hear you two made it home, was worried you may of had problems. Hope you can get the bugs worked out.
