Default Sad Day..

Well...I just couldn't resist and traded in my tC for a STi. I loved my tC, and actually felt heartbroken afterwards. But the temptation of 300hp, 300tq, and AWD was just too great. Anyways, I just wanted to thank everybody for all their help. I didn't post much on the forums, but I was on here everyday...reading and learning. You guys/gals are awesome and this board is full of really great people. I will continue to check-in from time to time and will always feel a part of the Scion family.

If anybody is interested, I do have a few parts posted on Craigslist that I need to get rid of ASAP. Seeing that stuff sit in my garage just gets me sad. I do love the STi...but the tC was my first baby I bought on my own.

Take Care,

Alan aka BSPecial

this isn't a sad day, it is a melancholy day, you traded in your beloved tc for an sti that you will love alot too.

i kinda hope that scion and toyota will notice how many of their tc owners are trading in their cars for sti's and 350z's so that they will build a car in that market for us.

hello! toyota/scion/lexus, you need to build a car that costs around $30k with nearly 300 hp, manual transmission and rear or all wheel drive. it would be a great step up from the tc when the time comes for us to upgrade our whips. thank you and keep on moving forward!

Give it a good 10,000 miles before you start getting ideas to do stuff to it :p If I remember right, it was a used STi, and you never really know how it was driven before.

WorldOnePerformance are well known for subies up here.

I want Toyota's 290 hp V6 in the tC. Now. With Rear wheel drive. I'd pay 30k.
I'd even take the Toyota version of the IS350. Where is it?
Congrats on the STi.

if the is350 had a manual transmission, i'd be all over it. but since you have to chose between manual transmission, or all-wheel drive, or 300 hp i'll just have to say sorry. if toyota made the is350 with a manual and all wheel drive, i'd be saving for that instead of a turbocharger.

all i'm saying is that toyota should notice this trend among tc drivers and cash in.

yea scion should do that but it will take away from their goal i think, as i think the goal is cheaper cars that are easy to mod.

as for world one they do ok if you watch american touge 2 their car doesnt do so great...id look at VTR in evertte they have a ton of scubi's. i really dont know any shopped around here that are killer for suspention tuning sadly...

Yup that's the link. ^^^

I was so stupid. I forgot to take off my s2k antenna and floormats.

I still go down to my garage expecting to see my BSP tC ... reality hasn't really set in yet. I'm not complaining, the STi is still a beauty but the tC just has that special quality you can't find anywhere else.
