Scion Slam is back again for 2008.

This is where you can show off all the sweet mods that you have done to your scion car. Winner takes home a Trophy and $300, 2nd place takes home $150, and 3rd place takes home $75.

There will also be a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament after the car show between the military troops.

This event will be held on Fort Lewis. When you have registered, your gate pass will be sent to me, Aaron Johnson, and can be picked up at the Toyota of Tacoma on 78th and South Tacoma Way.

It is the same post. I am just creating a place for people to pick up their passes because the base doesn't want a ton of people going through the Visitor's Center before the gate. They want to speed up the "getting on base" process.

do we HAVE to get a pass from u if we can already get on base? didnt need a pass to show last year, so im just making sure since u didnt clarify...

so i need to stop by toyota of tacoma and ask for you to get my pass since i have already registered?????? maybe i can pick it up on monday.

You have to stop at the visitor center next to base to get your temp. tag to get on base

 

i guess i will just show up monday at the tacoma toyota and go from there but hey when is the earliest we can get them???

 

im sure everyone can still go to the visitor's center to get on base. He only said it's just to "speed up the process". Wasn't that bad last year, doubt this year will be any different.

and to maybe make things a lil easier im sure i can sponsor someone on base since i have an ID
