i'm too far along with him to think about going for a refund now, i just freakin want the garnish, all the other stuff is just fluff to make me be more patient, but that only works for like, an extra week above the 'average turnaround of 2-3 weeks' but umm... now it's about 4 months too late.

yeah, i really really want that garnish though... and he has my money... and i doubt i'd get it back any easier than it has been to get the garnish in the first place...

it shouldn't be this hard...

I'm working on getting all the rattles and squeaks out of my car. Almost got em all except for an annoying tapping sound.

It's a weird one also, when I sit in front the sound comes from the back, when I sit in back the sound seems to come from up front. I think it's somewhere in the roof, going to have to pull the headliner down.

Then I got a new DA polisher to do a full detail (clay, polish, wax) on the car one of these weekends.

Probably the sunroof.........the fix is to open it all the way back..........then close it and once it is closed to hold the closed button for 15 seconds and it resets the closed positio in the motor.......I had a rattle liek that and when I did that it was gon instantly.........worth a try.......

Well I finally figured out why the tC sub would not hit on 5 channels......the AVIC has a SLA Fade and ours was in the on position so we got no sub output off of it......finally found it and started to tune it last night.....got my crossovers set so the fronts are at about 100hz the backs are at about 80 hz for more mid bass and the sub at about 50hz.....got the levels close to even now.....just got to tune the gais so I am at proper amps to the speakers at volume.......and it will be done.......only took me 4 months of trying to get it this far.......man I suck.....

Also the Sparco shift **** came today......installing it tonight at 10pm when cind gets home......although I did test fit it on the Yaris and it fit perfect.....very happy.......

Next stop Sparco seats, sliders, and mounts.......looks like we eat more Ramen for a while.......

Tint for front windows, short shifter, still working on my own custom non-body kit (this is way more work than I thought it would be), rear sway-bar....

might add some sound deadener under the rear seat and over the rear wheel tubs-not sure if it's woth it yet (the amount of work)
