Default Squealing belt help

2006 XB

My belt is squealing anytime to the car is at an idle and the Defrost is on or any combination of powered items (lights, heat radio rear defrost)

So this should be a no brainer right (you would think)
I have taken it in to the dealer (Vancouver Toyota) 3 times and they say the belts are fine.
They then proceed to make it worse by spraying some crap the guy called lube.

So I gave up on them and had the belts changed and the pulleys cleaned by a backyard mechanic.

And it still Squeals!!!!!

I am so frustrated, any help or advise would be appreciated.

The dealership had replaced it once, and says it is fine now.

take it to firestone on 4th plain... i work there... i can fix it... theres a good chance that you probably have some type of fluid leaking onto it. if you have alread replaced the tensioner and the belt and cleaned all the pulleys there is a good chance that one of two things is happening...something is getting onto the belt itself or the backyard mechanic that cleaned everything put the belt back on wrong. not saying your friend isnt proficient but hay we all make mistakes... bring it to me i will fix you. hopefully.

I would have to agree that fluids are being sprayed onto the belt. Normally, condensation builds up on belts and pullies over night and that causes a squeal, but that is on a used belt. In that case, I run a crayon across the belt surface to get a grip on the belt. In this case though, I would check the belts for a shiny surface, a good indicator of belt damage from a slipping belt.
