Default Stolen foglights..

Alrighty, I'm not one that takes too much part in the car scene, I unfortunately haven't made it to any meetings or get togethers and what not but people in the general area of Milwaukie and Clackamas know my car.

Obviously by just looking at my photos and seeing me drive my car was pretty much known for the 30k foglights I had, and I always drove with them on.. day or night, rain or shine..

Well on October 30th I was sad to walk out to my car and find that in the middle of the night someone had come and straight up stole them right out of my bumper.. unattached the liner from my bumper and unscrewed what that needed to, unplugged em, and walked right away. Even left all the wiring in there still attached.. just took the housings and 1 dead HID and 1 working one. Cheap and replaceable yes, obviously not right this second since I'm currently jobless and have to worry about affording my car in general, but the fact that someone was so careless and unthoughtful to do so upsets me.

They obviously only work for TCs so wether the person that stole them has a TC, or maybe they wanted to sell them, or maybe it was just an act of 'car-hate' who knows.. I'm just asking everyone to maybe keep an eye out? Or listen to see if they hear anyone in 'car world' doing any sort of bragging? I don't even know what I would do if I found out who it was.. but just knowing would be nice.

And I HIGHLY doubt it was random, Im pretty sure it was someone I knew and or trusted or someone that was friends with people I knew. Those that know me and where I live, know I dont just live somewhere you could drive by and see my car.. it would involve knowing my car, whats on it, and where I lived. My car is somewhat hidden from the normal driveby at my house.

Anyway, what Im getting at is asking everyone in the general Portland/Clackamas/Milwaukie area to keep eyes and ears peeled and let me know if they hear or see anything, it would be greatly appreciated. Oh and of course, be careful with your cars and the people you involve yourself with, obviously not everyone can be trusted.

On another note, on November 10th I will be traveling up to Seattle for the Usher/Trey Songz concert , so keep an eye out for me ;)

Sorry to hear that...But your right, odds are that person owns a tc and probably knows of you. Figure if you know your own car well then taking parts off would be easy and fast.

Thanks guys, means a lot. For some reason I don't think it was someone with a TC. I actually have only 2 friends that have TCs, ones female and has been my bestfriend for 5 years, the other is a guy friend and he was in Vegas at the time, neither are into modding cars and what not. So I think it was someone taking them to give or sell them to someone else. Oh well.

And Ashley I actually finally got a job today! Yeeeee!

This sucks....especially being not too far from the scene of the crime. I'm scared for my lil' box.
Makes me mad too. I'll most definitely keep an eye out as well.

Holy Crap!! I just drove by and saw your car on blocks....I was hoping that you were doing a brake job.. whoever did it is not afraid of getting caught (bad weather, where your parked & and having just been there a week earlier) This is effed up and beyond ridiculous. I hope you find out who it was.

Someone probably scoped your car out and followed you. Milwaukie area is known for break ins. I had a friend who had his wheels stolen too. Woke up to find his car sitting on cinder blocks. If you get new wheels get an alarm w/ tilt so if you're car gets jacked up the alarm will go off.
