Vancouver Portland Meet And Greet Starting Saturday Sept. 1
Hello All we now have a new meet in greet in vancouver and portland This will be starting on Sept 1 2007 (saturday)
The first weekend on saturday of every month will be in Vancouver at
Linda's Home Plate
12200NE 60th Way #101
Vancouver Wa 98682
5pm-7pm
The second weekend on sunday of every month will be in Oregon City at
The Trail's End Coffee
1756 Washington Street
Oregon City OR 97045
2pm-4pm
and it is in the parking lot at the landmark museum for the End of the Oregon Trail
The third weekend on Saturday of every month will be in Beverton at a location to still be determined

To my knowelege there is nothing going on in the world of scion on that day so I will be there at the least. we could start a count for who will all make it there on the Sept 9

I just talked with the owner of the coffee shop.. he just wanted an idea of time the m&g so he can check with his employees to see who can work extra..

I'm not 100% sure that will work for the coffee shop (5pm) I won't say that it won't until I talk to him, but he usually closes at 3.. I know that he would be willing to stay open later but I don't know how late he wants to pay to keep people there

I think 2pm would be a good time. Nice and in the middle so people can still have the rest of the day for stuff....
Also - I think the Esplanade is great. My wife can shop when she gets bored!!! Let's move forward with the Round Table pizza idea!

Quick question on Oregon City...
I see the Trail's End Coffee Shop but I'm wondering if that might not be a questionable location seeing as winter is coming up. What is around there to run to in case of rain or inclement weather?
Also, any update as to the time? 5 pm? 2 pm???
I know that Kelly over at Beaverton had recommended a couple other locations in case we need to move this due to weather.
