Yvette and I checked out the Round table at the Esplanada and there is plenty of room for our meeting. We were not able to contact the manager, but the do have a party room no deposit required. However, I dont think this will be necessary as they always seem to have a lot of room.

Well Roseberg is a little bite far for a meet and greet place for us in the Vancouver Portland area since it is like at the bottom of OR. But if there is anyone in the area that wants to start up a meet and greet thing that would be great. And as for Newberg that is an idea to look into. But as for the Team Ascension Meet and Greats they will be held at the places that we have already decided on tile further notice. Anybody and everybody is welcome at them.

The owner of the coffee shop has informed me that due to a staffing conflict, the coffee shop wont be open. However, the parking lot is still available for use.

Here is the info for the Beverton Meet and greet but it will not be going on this month due to EXPOSED

 

Just an FYI- my friend has his coffee shop up for sale.. (Trail's End) he was in a pretty bad accident a month ago and needs to concentrate on getting better and not worry about his shop.. I'll let you guys know when he sells it and I'll see if he can arrange with new owners to let you guys still meet there.. I'll keep you posted
