Dustin I am very jealous of the trees. those happen to be one of my favorites, and I did not havetime to be in the yard this weekend, however next weekend I am planning a trip to Flower world and buying some new things for the new yard, the only thing that is coming up in our flower beds right now are weeds.
mostly I worked all weekend, they had a little shin dig here over the weekend for the trucks, and I was at the helm of the barbeque all weekend, not the most fun but at least it was under cover.
Brian so far it sounds as if you had the best time of all

I went down to Vancouver Saturday for the meet and greet and had a blast and spent the whole weekend down there. I got to go to an aviary and play with birdies and chase geese and stuff, it was great
I ended up driving home Monday afternoon.

Let's see....on Friday I toured a sugar factory and sampled 9 types of sugar and 2 types of rum, went to an Indian buffet for lunch, went to the beach on Tamarind Bay and swam in the Indian Ocean, and that night me and a couple hundred other students took over a dance club for the night.
On Saturday I went to the local open air market in "Little India" and made a trip to yet another beach, rode in a glass-bottom boat and saw lots of colorful tropical fishies, In the evening, once all of us were back on the ship, I watched pornography with 5 girls (their idea).
Just a boring, uneventful weekend in Mauritius. Did I mention it was sunny and 80+ degrees?
I kid, I kid.

In India, 'cold weather' is merely a conventional phrase and has come into use through the necessity of having some way to distinguish between weather which will melt a brass door-**** and weather which will only make it mushy.

I spent Saturday morning with my son and our R/C cars. Then worked in the Evening. Sunday was all about selling off some of the car parts I've stockpiled to keep the old cars going, that I wont be needing since we have the two new box's now. Then we went Covington to try the new Carls Jr. There was a pretty nice XB parked behind the resturant, looked like someones that works there.

Thats Corey Spurlock's xB he's a member of Scionlife and of Team Ascension!
good eyes!!!
It's actually Mauritius I was at - they have very sizable Chinese and Indian populations and is pretty much a paradise island. However, I WILL be in actual India in a couple of days...where water is a concern (our ship won't be taking on water from the port cause it's not hygenic, and we're not allowed to swim on the beaches cause the water is too dirty
As for the ****...there's actually nothing else to add. It was pretty bad **** (naughty america, I think it was?) and we were heckling it. No naughtyness took place

(One can legitimately be a member of both: Team Ascension is not an exclusive Scion vehicle club - it has members from other marques as allowed by it's rules. No conflict with SE's Article 2, Section 3.)

It's a curse, Victor, that's all, a curse.
I have a mind that thrives on detail and is always looking at ways to fit disparate clumps together in novel ways. My mind is actually an amazing collection of ostensibly useless bits of information.
A couple of quotes from engineers who used to work for me might shed light. From Bobbi: "Tom's brain is like a Navy blue wool skirt - walk through a room and everything sticks to it." And from John: "Ask Tom what time it is and when he's through telling you, you could build a watch."
Needless to say I get rather pedantic, and as an engineer/engineering manager/Project manager for a quarter century, I insist on my details being accurate and verified.
Often when I answer a technical question I provide backup where one can find the source or discussion. That's just the way my mind forces me to work.
Like that last comment. A "normal" person would just say a person can belong to both and drop it there, but us poor detail oriented types have to give chapter and verse, and if challenged will even provide the source.
Like I said, Victor, it's a curse - the world is not an easy place for folks who need to be correct.
What are the facts? Again and again and again - what are the facts? Shun wishful thinking, ignore divine revelation, forget what "the stars fortell", avoid opinion, care not what the neighbors think, never mind the unguessable "verdict of history" - what are the facts, and to how many decimal places? You pilot always into an unknown future; facts are your single clue. Get the facts!
