John, I didnt know you lived in Long Beach! Try going to Autobacs I think they do alignments.

If you have a need for multiple alignment per year, try looking into getting Lifetime Alignment from Firestone.

It costs around $140, but you are free to try negotiating the price down (I paid about $110)
Its no questions asked alignments for as long as you own the car; no limits to how many per day/week/month/year.
The catch is that you need to find a Firestone store with cool easy going technicians.
I have a Firestone right by my house but I drive a couple miles away to another store where the techs are cool about aligning a lowered car...they'll even set the alignment to my requested specs.
Most stores also have wood blocks to get your lowered car up the ramp.
